The students came up with such great ideas. A vine in a jungle, a magnifying glass, a key, an arrow in a bullseye, a dunk tank, a snail a dyne lid goes on and on.
We read the book This is Not a Squiggle. Then they played with their pipe cleaner, after they added it to a picture. We discussed it and I helped each child learn the vocabulary and then they all had to write.

The leprechaun likes to dance and have lots of fun!
The children arrived to school on March 17th high as kites! They were so excited about the leprechaun visit. Mme Gregoire not so much ha! Ha! Ha! That leprechaun made a crazy mess!
The leprechaun write notes to each child who had a trap set. Tyrus's mom made a leprechaun trap cake which was delicious!
